However, I would like to take this time to make a public apology.

Dear Canada,
I would like to apologize for using the "S" Word (silver) with 40 seconds left in the third period. It is my fault Sweden scored with 38 seconds left. However, I did leave the room at the three minute mark of the overtime period which lead to the 3:36 goal by Matt Halischuk.
