Back from Seattle!
Wow... 2 hours in the line up at the Peace Arch Border Crossing. I will NOT be doing that again! I got smart last night though. Peace Arch - 4 HOUR wait. Truck Crossing - 30 minutes! That was a no brainer :)
I've been away for a few days but I'm really going to make up for it with this post! :)
Enjoy!
6:45am and well on my way.. YUCK
What road trip is complete without Tim Hortons?!?
At the border. YAY for the Canadian dollar being so high ;)
Is the Bird Canadian or American? :P
The Peace Arch Border Crossing
View of the airport
a funky picture of the pool and the reflection of the glass blocks!
I headed out to a memorial park across the street to honor Remembrance Day.
Random little vintage heads - from an antique store at the Pike Place Market
Need fish? The market was the place to find it!
Kells - a REALLY cool little pub we had lunch at.. it was down an alley, in the middle of nowhere :) the Shepard's pie was delicious!

Tee hee....I like that our flag even looks taller :) :)
I'm going to say that the bird probably has dual-citizenship :)
oh oh oh, I love these pics!
I especially love the pool. What beautiful reflection and i love the line of vertical symmetry!
you are such an inspiration
I laughed at the crow picture! It seems to have an arrogance about him, so I'll say American. j/k!!
great shots carol-ann!! I love your road trip shots of the stereo and the tims - so something i've done!!
and the flag pic is very cool!!
side comment - this two jenn blacks thing might be confusing....
I love shopping at Pike Place! I drag Chris into the antique places and he drags me around the magic store.
The pool photo looks great.
